Just a quick update after 4 full days of Messrs Bevan, Gaze, Hogan, Bell and Hill's trip to Central Thailand.
Weather has been really good, food is out of this world and the wildlife has been something else.
Birds include.Spoon Billed Sandpiper(3), Nordmann's Greenshank (70 plus), Malaysian Plover, Red and Blue Bearded Bee Eaters, Great Slaty Woodpecker, 5 Broadbills, Ratchet Tailed Treepie, Pied Harriers including two awesome males and Siberian Rubythroat. Other species like Hornbills, Laughingthrushes, Waders, Sunbirds, Owls, Raptors, Barbets, Woodpeckers are just too numerous to mention.
And to top it all last Tuesday we also managed to get a Leopard sighting down to about 6 feet!!!!
More to follow when we get home with photos added.
