Willow Tit

Tir Founder Fields this morning 1 male Willow Tit singing by railway line. This give me a total of 66 for this year and it's been hard work so far. It feels like I am in trainnig for Canada with all this rain and cold weather birding. I sure need an holiday.

  3. I've ordered the ark to take us to the airport. I don't mind a bit of rain but this is getting ridiculous. There's been more rain in January than Mike's drank Spitfire!!!

    1. I think mike drinks more spitfire in a month than the last three months of rain.As any body seen him he is very quiet . I hope I have not up set him with my shoe remarks. He same to posting on brecknock ak site. If so sorry mike and are you going out before canada.

    2. I'm having a Greta, I can't find any decent birds and I wouldn't be seen dead in them shoes. The local gulls are playing hard to get, dunlin have been seen at Brechfa but not at Rhaslas and Gaze has been on another holiday.Diver still at Llwyn-onn on the 29th, apparently its still singing but in Welsh.My pension kicks in on the 14th, I've turned down all work until after Canada, so I'm free to travel.
