Kaeng Krachan Tame Oriental Pied hornbill

I am used to being followed by cats and dogs and even other birders but to be followed by a Hornbill was unreal. Up close a fairly big bird, he was a real character and even though he was a tame bird that had been released back into the wild it was pleasure to be up close with a great bird. When we were there we were told that he had been seen trying to feed some of the campers on the camp site with grapes. Has we walked he took off and flew right over us and I thought he was going too clip Martin Bell's head as he passed us.
