Llwyn-onn

Just another record shot, a little egret this pm at Llwyn-onn found by ranger Steve 'stashy' Davies. As I was up and about I ventured to Cwm Cadlan and bumped into a Chilian Blue, falconers slang for black-chested buzzard-eagle. Alas it was an immature, so no blue and was sitting in the back of a white van but it was absolutely stunning so i ticked it (having missed it in Ecuador). The guy lives in Aberdare, he's doing a talk at Garw-nant on the 15th and has his own site;  www.lewisphillipsimages.com and www.wingsofwales

  1. If you are ticking that than i am going to ticking my Grey Budgie over penywaun yesterday and it was free flying and being chased by two pied wagtails and i been checking the local starling flock there.
