More Bee Orchids

WeBS and a long walk round the Bedlinog horseshoe (up to Incline Top on the east ridge, return along the west ridge, dropping into Cwm Bargoed.

WeBS itself was as quiet as I expected, though one of the duck Mallards has managed to get all 11 of her ducklings to almost fully grown.

Highlights on the long trek were 5+ Palmate Newts in the water trough on the way up to Bedlinog Cemetery, my first Red Admiral and Golden Ringed Dragonflies for the year. A drake Tufted Duck on Isaac Morgan Pond, and a pair of agitated Common Sand's on one of the drainage/cleaning ponds below Ffos y Ffran.

On the return walk through Parc Taf Bargoed, I found two flowering Bee Orchids.
