Cwm Cadlan

On Wednesday after work I went up to the Dotterel site or the limestone pavement for a pleasant stroll, it was far from it with a high freezing wind and a hailstone shower. There was nowwhere to hide so I sat down and waited for the shower to pass. There were a flock of Skylarks up there, a flock of about 20 Mistle Thrush which seemed strange for the time of the year. It felt like being in Canada again. But what a great place and we are so lucky to have this on our doorstep also it was great to watch the Wheatear singing and displaying. Yes just rocks and no birds on them and will pick a better day next time I am up there.

  9. Some of these puns are a bit lame, but hay it's a good way to harness creativity. In my neigh-bourhood people are now on a stable diet of booze, trouble is they keep falling down and can't giddy-up. That famous Russian Joseph Stallion once tried to make a speech but failed because he was feeling a little horse. Rob is it right that you had a race with Matt who won by a nose and you were farrier back. Never mind any pal of yours is a Palomino.
